How We Do It
At RECEPTYV, our methodology is based on industry best practices and involves closely tracking the scope, schedule, and budget for a project’s lifecycle. The success of a portfolio begins with a clear understanding of stakeholders’ expectations and goals. Once established, RECEPTYV will engage in activities including developing work breakdown structures, milestone schedules, gathering requirements, creating project management plans, product evaluation and deployments, and providing project analysis to support project office objectives.
